Submit scruff
- GUIDELINES
- The man must be relatively famous (and/or good looking) and have scruff.
- Keep in mind that most full grown beards and mustaches are not classified as scruff.
- Make sure the photos are of good quality - no watermarks or small images.
- Please name who he is so everyone knows who they’re swooning over.
